- Rooted half in Long Beach and half in Orange County - Los Nauticals consists of (lead Vox/guitarist) Swingin’ Johnny, (drummer/Vox) Peter Fontes, (bassist) Tim Frankeny, (sax/Vox) Mike Belk, and (trumpet/organ) Jason Sandoval. Los Nautical’s sound is a California concoction of traditional ska, rocksteady, hardcore punk and dub reggae. Although, their cover list expands much further into genres of swing, americano, and blues. This is an original band with a huge cover list! They know how to keep the crowd dancing and intrigued.
