Biography

Elizabeth was nicknamed Betsy and that was also the name of most of the cows in Pennsdale, Pennsylvania where she was born.  The sixth-born of seven rambunctious children, she spent a lot of time yelling "Hey, wait for me!" and holding her breath at large family dinners until she could get a word in edge-wise.  Now, her husband's favorite song during Christmas is Silent Night as he rarely gets one.  In other words (actually with many words), she has found her voice.  She sings her heart out and writes empowering stories about how it's never too late to live your dreams.
