Artist and producer out of Wichita, Kansas. I go by Chief Louie but my real name is Louis Tumblin. Originally from Elyria, Ohio where I was more known for my basketball skill rather than my musical talents. Once I graduated college in 2010 at Baldwin Wallace College, BA Sports Management with a minor in Public Relations, I moved to Wichita.

Rewinding to the present it was the city of the 316 that inspired Chief Louie to become more than just your typical brainwashed zombie.
