Fusing Celtic vocals and poetic lyricism, Tim Falvey delivers a tastefully emotive catalog of Americana music for Atlantic Seaboard audiences. As a soloist, the harmonica-wielding troubadour distills his semi-autobiographical repertoire into a coffeehouse tapestry woven with tales of tryst and travel and torment – with a few laughs along the way. A gifted instrumentalist and compelling vocalist, Falvey honed his unique “poetic folk” style in the Lowcountry of South Carolina while performing in Charleston venues like Music Farm, Henry’s, Tommy Condon’s, High Cotton, Grand Bohemian, and Wentworth Mansion. In bringing his solo act to New York City, Falvey has delivered his signature sound to historic venues like The Bowery Electric, Triad Theater, The Bitter End, Shrine, and Rockwood Music Hall. A charismatic ringleader, the frontman for the Manhattan-based Americana-rock band "Big Iron Echoes" has set his sights on activating an intellectual, palatable, and polished creative movement among the urban bustle. Tim Falvey is a once-in-a-century artist who is eager to complement your venue’s atmosphere with his special sound.
