As a professional female singer in Central Florida for the past 15 years, Safia Valines wears a lot of hats. She is currently front woman for the cover band Safia and the Speak EZ, full time actress/performer at Universal Studios, FL, a classically trained opera singer, producer/creator/performer for the original Orlando Fringe Production "Bloke and Swagger," selected jazz singer for the 89th birthday of Buzz Aldrin, a one woman show for several retirement communities in the Southeast, and a featured soloist for Journey's Jonathan Cain Christmas album release concert. Before graduating from the University of Central Florida with a degree in vocal music, Safia grew up under the influence of many amazing female vocalists such as Ella Fitzgerald, Judy Garland, Edith Piaf, Celine Dion, Sarah Brightman, Karen Carpenter, Norah Jones, and more. Safia specializes in Italian music, live jazz and vintage crooner entertainment, but can also sing in French, Spanish, Portuguese, Latin, German, Arabic, and Japanese. You can normally find her playing Zelda at home with her sound guy husband and two cats. Available as a soloist, duo, trio, quartet, or quintet for any event
