I am a soul blues singer/songwriter,I first discovered I could sing aged 14 when a friend asked me to accompany her on stage at a school concert and we were asked to do a repeat performance as we went down so well! I subsequently started having singing lessons and started writing my own lyrics. I recorded a song that I co-wrote called ‘Broken’ aged 21 and that’s when I discovered my unique tone … deep and soulful; since then I have recorded with a few influential producers including Jorden Milnes, John Moon -where I recorded at Sensible Studios - & Spencer Cozens, who approached me at one of my gigs recently and we co-wrote two songs together and recorded them in his studio. In 2014, I had several big events happen in my life – I was scouted for X Factor by a music manager Spencer Wells and got four ‘yeses’ at Wembley which took me to the boot camp.. I also made it to the finals of Miss Universe GB and won two awards – Miss Congeniality & Miss Not in Vain. I was invited to sing at the Miss Universe Finals in 2015. That same year, I was also invited to be an Ambassador for The National Autistic Society and performed at Autism’s Got Talent organised by Anna Kennedy (Strictly Come Dancing). She also invited me to perform at a Celebrity charity event and I was thrilled to be asked by Mitch Winehouse to sing with him on stage (footage available on Youtube). Since 2015, I have performed several times at Notts County & Nottingham Forest Football Club stadiums where they also played my music video ‘ Dontcha Go’ on the large video screens (video can also be viewed on Youtube). This track was also chosen as the track of the month by HMV and played in their stores. Before lockdown, I organised a charity concert in aid of NAS at Melton Theatre in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. During lockdowns, I focused on song writing and one of my s
