Hailing from Traverse City, Michigan, Peter Melichar has held residences at small clubs and dive bars from Davenport, Iowa to New York City's famed Greenwich Village, and now resides in Chicago, Illinois where he is completeing his first feature length album release. 

With a catalogue of original and cover material that spans three hours of entertaiment Peter draws inspirtation from multiple facets of modern and mid-century Americana songwriting styles
