Anastasia Charakidou is 22 year-old singer and songwriter. She is born in the province of Drama and grew up in the Mediterranean on the island of Rhodes where her family moved for professional reasons when she was 5 years old.  In 2008 she started her musical education including vocal as well as guitar and piano lessons at “Melantheio Conservatory” in Rhodes. In 2012 she attended, after receiving a scholarship, private and team courses in art performing for 2 years at Vocal Studio in Athens. In 2014 she continued her studies at “Philippos Nakas Conservatory”. Anastasia is a recent graduate from Berklee College of Music where she studied a dual major Performance and Songwriting She is a contemporary trained singer, who performs spirited yet heartfelt original songs with pop improvisation flair. She loves, performs and inspired by Pop, Soul and R&B music.  She was selected and she performed as a Backing Vocalist with the guests Nile Rodgers, and Esperanza Spalding, Rossane Cash at Berklee's Commencement Concert 2018. Alsowas selected and she participated in the Kara DioGuardi Songwriting Camp held at Power Station at BerkleeNYC.  She sang the soundtrack ‘’Pied Piper‘’ and she did backing vocals on the soundtrack ‘’Exorcist’‘, of the video game ‘’Tree of Savior’’ by IMC Company of South Korean. Recently she did co-writing sessions with the famous DJ Nick Martin.  Anastasia has some unreleased projects as well as various ideas for the creation of new ones. Today she prepares her EP, through which she shares and expresses her feelings, praises love and the power of passion. Influences: Ariana Grande, Jessie J, Sia, Beyoncé, Christina Aguilera, Cellin Dion, Leona Lewis & Evanescence .
