A native of Long Island, New York, Ian Eric has lived and performed in the Phoenix, Arizona area since 2004.

Incorporating innovative live-looping techniques along with the latest technology, Ian's repertoire consists of nearly 400 mostly rock- and pop-focused song selections. No pre-recorded backing tracks or drum machines are ever used; all tracks are created live and on-the-fly, making for a unique sonic and visual show at every gig.

When a more traditional solo-acoustic performance is required, Ian isn't shy about ditching the technology for a stripped-down, “unplugged”-style show.

In addition to solo gigs and the occasional duo or trio, Ian has also hosted some of the most successful and long-running Open Mic Nights in the Phoenix area. He will always coax the best sound and encourage the best performances from the participants, and several have gone on to have music careers of their own.
