The duration of the introductory courses is 8 weekly sessions. The day of the sessions are based on your preference and availability of instructors

No, you don’t have to pay any other fees apart from the course fees. The total amount due when you book the course is $218.00(includes service charges).

Towards the end of your course you will be given an option to add more sessions to your course. You can add 4 or 8 sessions at a time. At this time you will have the option to change your trainer by subscribing to the same course with another trainer or continue with the trainer.

Our courses are designed to be goal-oriented and fun. Completing the assignments and projects add badges to your profile. They are important to let your instructor know that you are ready to move to the next level. The badges also unlock exciting contests and challenges for you.

Please reach out to us at info@creativexchangeinc.com with your request to change the schedule and we try our best to accommodate the change. Your live sessions are a good opportunity to discuss schedule changes with your instructor.

We try our best to give you enough information about your instructor at the time when you choose among all available instructors. But we understand that as you go along, there is a possibility your preferences would change. Please contact us via e-mail info@creativexchangeinc.com and let us know that you would like to change your instructor. We will work with you to make sure you are paired with another instructor of your choosing and try our best to make sure you can keep the same schedule you started with.

We will try our best to accommodate the changes that might cause you to cancel the course. But in the unlikely event you want to cancel, you can do so within 1 week from the date of your first session. You will get a FULL REFUND of your course fees. To cancel your course please send us an email at learn@creativexchange.io stating why you want to cancel the course.
